BOOK AN APPOINTMENT

Choose one of the appointment times below and fill in on the form when booking which treatment you would like. If you change your mind of which treatment you would like on the day that is fine and am happy to do whatever treatment you feel is right for you. However whichever amount of time you pick will be what is allocated on the day and I will need at least 48 hrs notice of any changes to this or if you need to cancel, if the notice is any less than 48 hrs the full amount will be charged for the appointment.
